LLC. Appraisers working with Denver Metro Appraisal
Management are Independent Licensed Professionals with the
experience and credentials necessary to produce credible,
high quality appraisal reports that are USPAP (Uniform
Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) compliant,
HVCC (Housing Valuation Code of Conduct) compliant, and meet
current FHA guidelines.
A small
administrative fee is charged to insure appraisal
independence, and to cover the cost related to quality
control reviews. Unlike most appraisal management companies
(AMC’s), our Appraiser’s are fully compensated for their
professional work.
